ERIC S. ENDE is Senior Vice President of First Pacific Advisors. He
first joined the company in 1984, and now manages separate accounts in
the small/mid-cap quality style including Source Capital, Inc., a
closed-end investment management company; and FPA Perennial Fund, Inc.,
a growth and income mutual fund. During his previous 15 years of
investment experience, Mr. Ende was an Analyst for The J. Paul Getty
Trust, Occidental Petroleum and Ford Motor Company. He earned a
Bachelor's degree in History (Cum Laude) from Yale College, a Master's
degree in Modern History (with Honors) from Oxford University and an MBA
