ERIC M. DEMARCO is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Titan Corporation. Mr. DeMarco is also currently serving as President and CEO of Titan Systems Corporation, Titan's defense information technology company. He joined Titan in 1997 and was previously the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, Titan has grown internally and through acquisitions to over $1 billion in annual revenues. Mr. DeMarco has been a principal focal point in Titan's business strategy to create, build and launch technology-based companies. He also served as President and CEO of Titan Wireless, Titan's international wireless communications company. Mr. DeMarco was previously a Senior Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. He served in the San Diego office of Arthur Andersen for 12 years, and was assigned to the Titan Corporation account starting in 1986.
