ERIC E. ANDERSON, PhD, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Integra since 1997. Prior to Integra, Dr. Anderson was the President and
Founder of Anderson Health Strategies LLC from 1996 to 1997. He was also
associated with Medco Behavioral Care Corporation, Merck-Medco (now part
of Magellan Behavioral Health) from 1994 to 1996, as Senior Vice
President of Medco Behavioral Care & Continuum and Executive Vice
President & General Manager of American Biodyne. From 1991 to 1994 Dr.
Anderson served as Senior Vice President at College Health Enterprises,
and from 1986 to 1991 he was with Pacific Care Health Systems as Chief
Operating Officer of LifeLink, Inc. and Vice President, Manager Health
Care at Columbia General Life Insurance Company. Other previous
employment includes Senior Vice President of LifeLink/Treatment Centers
of America TCA, as well as various executive positions within Kiel
Clinincs/Professional Services Inc. From 1979 to 1984, Dr. Anderson had
his own private practice as a licensed consulting psychologist in
Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, and from 1979 to 1983 he served as
Assistant Professor & Coordinator of Training in Aging at the University
of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from
the Graduate School of Psychology, Fuller Theological Seminary, an MA in
Theology from the Graduate School of Psychology, Fuller Theological
Seminary, and a BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota,
