KENNETH CH'UAN-K'AI LEUNG is a Managing Director, Investment banking in
pollution control at Sanders Morris Mundy. He is also Chief Investment
Officer of the Environmental Opportunities Fund and Environmental
Opportunities Fund II. Previously, Mr. Leung was associated with Smith
Barney, F. Eberstadt & Co., Chemical Bank, and Chase Manhattan Bank. He
received his Bachelor's degree in history from Fordham College and his
MBA in finance from Columbia University. He is Editor of Environmental
Review, a contributing writer to environmental publications, and a guest
speaker at environmental trade organizations. Mr. Leung is married, has
two children, and includes squash, tennis, and other outdoor activities
