MICHAEL GRAY who joined SanDisk corporation in 1995 as Director
of Finance, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 1999,
and appointed as SanDisk's Chief Financial Officer in August
2002. During his tenure at SanDisk, his responsibilities have
included managing the financial planning and analysis, treasury,
SEC reporting, corporate accounting services, investor relations,
cost accounting, insurance and tax functions. Mr. Gray was also
actively involved in SanDisk's initial public offering and two
secondary equity offerings. He has more than 24 years of
financial management experience with high technology companies
and previously worked at Consilium, Inc., ASK Computer Systems,
Inc., and Signetics Corporation. Mr. Gray holds a Master's of
Business Administration degree from the University of Santa Clara
and a BS degree in finance from the University of Illinois. Profile
ELI HARARI, President and CEO of Sandisk corporation, is a
pioneer in both non-volatile memory as well as semiconductor
systems design. Formerly a co-founder, President and CEO of Wafer
Scale Integration, a venture startup, he has extensive
operational and technological development experience and holds
numerous patents in the area of non-volatile memory technology.
He holds a PhD in solid state sciences from Princeton University
and has management experience with Honeywell, Intel and Hughes
