EDWARD W. WEDBUSH is President and Chief Executive Officer of Wedbush
Morgan Securities, Inc. and President of E*Capital Corporation. He has
also worked as an Engineer with Hughes Aircraft and taught engineering
at the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Wedbush holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los
Angeles, where he also did coursework towards a Doctoral degree in
Engineering. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University
of Cincinnati Foundation and a member of the Triangle Fraternity
Foundation Board. Mr. Wedbush is married, has three children, and
