Robert Norfleet is Managing Director at Alembic Global Advisors. As Managing Director, Mr. Norfleet follows the engineering and construction sector and provides support for sales engagements across the firm. Previously, Mr. Norfleet was a Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets where he followed the energy infrastructure sector. Prior to joining BB&T Capital Markets, Mr. Norfleet covered industrials and energy as a Senior Analyst at Diamondback Capital and with Sigma Capital before that. He also followed infrastructure as a Research Analyst at Davenport Capital & Co., LLC. Mr. Norfleet is also the recipient of several analyst awards and honors. StarMine, the research performance ratings organization, ranked him number one stock picker and number one earnings estimator in 2013 in the construction and engineering category. He has also been recognized twice in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” analyst survey as top stock picker and for earnings estimate accuracy in his sector.
