J. GORDON HUSZAGH has served as Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Suffolk Bancorp since 1999, and of
Suffolk Bancorp's subsidiary, The Suffolk County National Bank
(SCNB), since 1997. Mr. Huszagh joined SCNB as Auditor in 1983,
progressing through the ranks to his current position. Mr.
Huszagh is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier
Graduate School of Banking. He is also a graduate of Clarkson
University, in Potsdam, New York. He has served as Chairman of
the Board of Central Suffolk Hospital in Riverhead, New York, and
remains as a director. He is also a director and Treasurer of
Peconic Health Corporation, a consortium among three non-profit,
community hospitals on Long Island's east end. Mr. Huszagh

DOUGLAS IAN SHAW has served as Vice President and Corporate
Secretary of Suffolk Bancorp and of Suffolk Bancorp's subsidiary,
The Suffolk County National Bank (SCNB), since 1989. Mr. Shaw
joined SCNB in 1981, working in audit, systems analysis and
finance before assuming his current duties. He is responsible for
the coordination of investor relations, strategic planning and
corporate governance. An alumnus of The College of Wooster, in
Wooster, Ohio, he is past Secretary of the Bank Investor
Relations Association and is active in the New York chapters of
the National Investor Relations Institute and the American
Society of Corporate Secretaries. Mr. Shaw resides in
