DOUGLAS P. FIELDS has been the Chairman of the Board, CEO and a
Director of Eagle Supply Group, Inc., since its inception. From
the group's formation until July 1996, he also served as
President. For more than the past five years, Mr. Fields has been
the Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and CEO of TDA
and CEO and a Director of each of its subsidiaries, including
Eagle, Cooper Flooring International, Inc., and Northeastern
Plastics, Inc. Since July 1997 and October 1998, he has held the
positions of Chairman of the Board and CEO of JEH Eagle and MSI
Eagle, respectively. Mr. Fields devotes no less time to the
group's affairs than he deems reasonably necessary to discharge
his duties. He received a Master's in Business Administration
from Harvard University Graduate School of Business
Administration in 1966 and a BS from Fordham University in 1964. Profile
