DONALD P. WENNINGER has been Vice President and Chief Information
Officer for McDATA Corporation since February 2000. Mr. Wenninger
joined McDATA in 2000 with more than 14 years' experience
managing IT departments of networking and SAN companies. He is
responsible for McDATA's global IT strategy and infrastructure.
Mr. Wenninger also oversees the automation and integration of
processes and ancillary systems, business systems, supply chain
integration and worldwide electronic commerce. Prior to joining
McDATA, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at
Vixel Corporation, and held IS management, advanced manufacturing
planning, CAD/CAM integration, engineering design, and corporate
business planning positions at Intermec, Boeing, and IBM. He
holds a BS in Business Technology and MBA's in Engineering and
Information Technology from City University, Seattle, Washington. Profile

Mr. Dougherty: McDATA is a 20-year-old company that's been
involved in storage and data networking.
