DONALD MCINNES is the Founder, Vice Chair and CEO of Plutonic Power Corporation,
a British Columbia-based run-of-river hydroelectric power development company.
Through Plutonic's suite of projects along the southwest coast of British
Columbia, enough energy could be created to meet the needs of more than half a
million homes utilizing a made-in-British Columbia clean energy solution. The
company's current development, the 196 megawatt East Toba River Montrose Creek
project set for operation in mid-2010 has created more than 300 jobs and
opportunity for local communities and First Nations partners to share in the

on public policy and the integration and value of independent power production
