DONALD J. LARSON is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
CONCENTRA Managed Care, a company formed by the merger of CRA Managed
Care (CRA) and OccuSystems in August, 1997. He co-founded CRA, one of
the largest and most widely respected providers of case management and
managed care services to the workers' compensation and disability
marketplace, in the United States. Working with a staff of skilled and
dedicated professionals since CRA's founding in November of 1978, Mr.
Larson built CRA into a nationally recognized company, employing over
2,500 medical and vocational case managers and specialty and support
staff, with locations in 49 states and Canada. Mr. Larson has earned
degrees from Boston College, Boston University and the Harvard Business
School. He was one of the charter members and Board of Directors for the
National Association of Rehabilitation Providers in the Private Sector
(NARRPS), and remains actively involved in a number of professional
organizations. Mr. Larson is married and the father of three children.
He is actively involved in numerous community activities. He is
currently serving as a Trustee for Derby Academy and the New England
