DEPARTMENT STORES, DISCOUNTERS & DOLLAR STORES: SHARI EBERTS – J.P. MORGAN CHASE

SHARI SCHWARTZMAN EBERTS joined J.P. Morgan in 1997, and has been covering the broadlines retailing group since June 1998. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ms. Eberts spent two years as an associate at McKinsey & Company, working on strategy and organizational design projects for corporate clients in consumer-related industries. Prior to this, she worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the purchase and sale of retail properties, primarily malls. Ms. Eberts also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She was ranked Runner Up on Institutional Investor's 2002 All-America Research Team in her sector, and was cited as Next Generation on the 2000 and 1999 All- America Research Teams. She also placed third on the Greenwich Associates survey of large institutional clients in 2002 in retailing - broadlines.
