Dennis P. Wolf has served as CFO of Fusion-io, Inc., since 2009, and was previously CFO of MySQL. Prior to MySQL, Mr. Wolf was CFO at Omnicell, Redback Networks, Credence Systems and Centigram. Mr. Wolf currently serves as a Director and Head of the audit committee of Codexis and Exponential, and has been a Director and Chair of the audit committee for other publicly and privately held companies including Quantum, BigBand Networks, Registry Magic, Avanex, Komag and Vitria.
