DENNIS D. DOOLITTLE was elected President of Autologic Information
International in March 1997 and has been the Chief Operating Officer and
Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 24, 1996. He has
been a Director of the Company since November 13, 1995. Mr. Doolittle
served as President of Autologic Inc. from 1990 until the merger of
Autologic Inc. and Information International in January of 1996. Prior
to that, he was the Senior Vice President, Engineering (1989 to 1990)
and Vice President, Engineering (1986 to 1989) of Autologic, Inc. Prior
to joining Autologic in 1986, Mr. Doolittle held positions in
Engineering, Marketing and Program Management at CXC Corporation and
Sperry Univac. Mr. Doolittle's educational background includes a B.S. in
Business from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from California
Lutheran University. Personal interests include golf, hiking and
reading. Mr. Doolittle is married and has two sons. Profile
