Marc Dion, CFA, is Principal, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Morgan Dempsey Capital Management, LLC. He joined the firm in February 2004 returning to the Milwaukee area from Omaha, Neb. Mr. Dion is a seasoned investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is responsible for the research and management of the firm’s growth stock and dividend income portfolios. Before joining Morgan Dempsey, he served as Vice President and Chief of Investment Strategy for the First National Bank of Omaha. Brian G. Rafn is Principal, Director of Research and Portfolio Manager at Morgan Dempsey Capital Management, LLC. He joined the firm in October 2003. Mr. Rafn has more than 25 years of experience in securities analysis, portfolio management, trading and trust accounting. He is responsible for the securities analysis and portfolio management of the firm’s Small/Micro-Cap Value strategy. Before joining Morgan Dempsey, Mr. Rafn spent the majority of his career with a local family office and directed the research and in-house investment management of the family’s equity investments.
