David Wolf – Big Dog Holdings Inc (bdog)

DAVID R. WOLF is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Big Dog Holdings,Inc. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and was nominated to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude in Economics in June 1989. Mr. Wolf lettered on UCLA's varsity tennis team, then ranked #2 in the country. He was awarded a Rotary International fellowship for European studies and subsequently earned an MBA from HEC-Paris, France's leading business school. In 1992, Mr. Wolf joined the strategic marketing department for Cartier International at their worldwide headquarters in Paris. After two years of strategic planning and marketing at Cartier, he was recruited to Big Dog. Starting at an entry-level management position in 1994, Mr. Wolf was rapidly promoted and is now Senior Vice President of Marketing. Responsible for all areas of marketing including advertising and promotion, direct marketing, catalog creation, retail marketing, internet marketing, etc., he supervised the creation, design and implementation of Big Dog's new state of the art e-commerce store and website. Mr. Wolf also spearheaded the marketing and equity partnership with Petsmart.com. He takes a leading role in creating graphic art concepts and is credited with formulating the all-time best selling T-shirt concept in the company's history. Mr. Wolf has worked in virtually every sales and marketing roll at Big Dogs and has helped grow the brand from $15 million in sales to over $115 million in sales in 2001. Profile
