DAVID W. SIMPSON is Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at WM
Advisors, Inc., where he manages the WM Northwest Fund, one of the
largest regional funds in the country and the largest in the Northwest.
He joined WM Advisors in 1993 as a Senior Investment Analyst and has
been a Portfolio Manager since 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Mr.
Simpson spent six years as a Consultant at Management Advisory Services,
Inc., where he specialized in the appraisal of closely held businesses
for tax, litigation, and transaction purposes. Mr. Simpson is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the AIMR. He holds a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A.
from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Finance emphasis. Profile
