ROBERT J. DESANTIS joined DSL.net in January 2002 after spending
six months as an advisor to the company and serves as Chief
Financial Officer. Prior to joining DSL.net, Mr. DeSantis was
Executive Vice President of Tellium, Inc. Prior to that, Mr.
DeSantis held a number of executive positions with Citizens
Communications Company for 15 years, including Chief Financial
Officer, Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. DeSantis has also
served in a number of financial and legal capacities with GTE and
KPMG Peat Marwick. An accomplished, shareholder-oriented
executive, Mr. DeSantis is licensed as a certified public
accountant and is a member of the Bars of several state and

DAVID F. STRUWAS serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of DSL.net., Inc. Mr. Struwas joined DSL.net in
August 1998 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer
in November 1998. He was appointed Chairman in November 2000. An
accomplished telecommunications executive with over 15 years of
senior-level experience, Mr. Struwas previously served as a
General Manager for Brooks Fiber-Worldcom from January 1997 to
August 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Struwas held various, senior-
level sales and marketing positions at Southern New England
Telecommunications Corporation (SNET ' now owned by SBC
Communications, Inc.), most recently as Director of Marketing.
Mr. Struwas holds both a BS degree in Engineering and an MBA from
the University of New Haven. Profile
TWST: Could you give us a brief historical description ofDSL.net?
Mr. Struwas: I'm the Chairman and CEO, and also one of the
founders of DSL.net back in 1998. From inception, we have been
