DAVID J. STEIN is President, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of
CoolBrands. Mr. Stein is also Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer
of Integrated Brands, and has been a Vice President of Integrated Brands
Inc. since December 1989. Mr. Stein has been a Director of the
corporation since March 1998. Together with Mr. Smith, he is responsible
for development and execution of the corporation's business plan. Mr.
