DAVID M. TAUBE, CPA is in charge of equity research for American Asset
Management Group (AAMG). His responsibilities include reviewing
financial and economic data to make recommendations for the purchase
and/or sale of securities. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration from Towson State University, Towson, Maryland,
in 1983, and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from The American
University, Washington, D.C., in 1993. Mr. Taube is a Level Three
candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. He is a
member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR),
and an affiliate member of the Washington Society of Investment
Analysts. Mr. Taube is a licensed CPA in the State of Maryland. In
November of 1993, he received the Elijah Watt Sells Award from the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants for passing all four
parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination in the top
100 out of 74,000 candidates. Prior to joining AAMG, Mr. Taube was
Research Analyst with Federal Filings, a Dow Jones Company, where he was
a generalist with a real estate focus. He conducted research on publicly
traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), as sell as financial
