DAVID R. KEULER holds the position of Director-Common Stock for
Mason Street Advisors, LLC, a subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this position, he is a member of the
team which manages domestic large capitalization equities for the
firm. His responsibilities include co-management of the Growth
Fund for both Mason Street Funds and the Variable Series funds.
In addition, Mr. Keuler manages the large cap portion of the
Mason Street and Variable Series Asset Allocation Portfolios as
well as coordinating the asset allocation function for those
funds. He joined Northwestern Mutual in July 1991 as a common
stock specialist and was promoted to Investment Officer in
October 1993. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, he was
employed as an Equity Analyst with Blunt Ellis & Loewi, Inc., a
Milwaukee brokerage firm. He was born in Milwaukee and is a 1979
graduate of Nicolet High School. He received his BA in Economics
and Mathematics from Boston University where he graduated magna
cum laude in 1983. In 1988 he earned his MBA in Finance from
Indiana University. He was awarded his Chartered Financial
Analyst designation in 1993 and is a member of the Milwaukee
