DAVID S. HARRINGTON is Chief Executive Officer of American Imaging
Management, Inc. He brings 30 years of increasingly responsible and
successful experience in all key areas of healthcare delivery management
to investors, business managers and physicians. He is a valued leader,
analyst and consultant, particularly for entities seeking to initiate or
remediate health service ventures. Mr. Harrington is rare among senior
healthcare managers because he has held executive positions with health
plans (AETNA and United Healthcare), hospitals (Columbia/HCA) and
physician-owned enterprises (Physician Quality Care). Mr. Harrington
thrives on challenges and excels at business turnarounds. In 1997, as
CEO of a physician-owned MSO, he led the sale of the business on behalf
of over 40 owners and 600 MD members. In 1998, he formulated a turn-
around plan for a network of 12,000 physicians and 110 hospitals.
Recently, Mr. Harrington took two companies in the radiology management
business from a negative net worth of $19 million to a positive net
worth and a current year EBITDA of over $9 million. Currently CEO of
International Radiology Group (IRG), American Imaging Management (AIM)
and his own consulting firm, DASH Business Group, Mr. Harrington has
been vice president of a Chicago hospital and two national insurance
companies. Mr. Harrington earned his MS in Health Administration from
Columbia University and his BA in History from Boston College. He is
fluent in French and Spanish. After serving two tours of duty in Vietnam
with the Marine Corps, Mr. Harrington resigned his commission as Captain
