DAVID C. SKINNER, JR. has been employed by Winners Internet Network,
Inc. as its President/CEO/Treasurer and as a Director (these two years
are inclusive of the developmental phase of the company prior to its
establishment during 7/97). Prior to this time he operated as a Tax
Consultant and Business Consultant for his firm of Skinner, Varney &
Associates, Inc. with duties ranging from extensive reconstruction of
tax records for individual clients to personal meetings with the
Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the clients to resolve their tax
matters and meetings with individuals/corporations to set up their tax
structure according to Internal Revenue Service rules & regulations.
Additionally, through contacts within this firm Mr. Skinner began
negotiations on behalf of the Grand Holiday Casino in Aruba, N.V. with
the government and the telephone company of Aruba to open an
international SportsBook which opened during August 1996 wherein he was
responsible for setting up banking and financial transactions between
customers and foreign banks, he was the Escrow Agent and managed the
escrow accounts for all customers and set up and monitored the payout
structure for customers. Mr. Skinner gained extensive knowledge in the
operations of a casino along with sports writing, odds making and
handicapping sporting events. During October 1996 he negotiated a deal
with the foreign corporation known as TISS Corporation & Intertrust N.V.
to open a second SportsBook location on the Island of Curacao. Through
the contacts within these SportsBooks, Mr. Skinner was instrumental in
the development and day-to-day operations of Enterprise Distributors,
Inc. which was a company incorporated for the purpose of manufacturing
legalized video gaming devices for worldwide distribution. Lastly, he
became President of Caribbean Palace, Inc. dba Club Casablanca in order
to oversee management and operations of the Club which offered exquisite
dining combined with a sports lounge and legalized video gaming devices. Profile
