DAVID B. SCHICK is Founder of Schick Technologies, Inc., and since its
inception in 1992 has served as the Company's President, Chief Executive
Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. From September 1991 to
April 1992, Mr. Schick was employed by Philips N.V. Laboratories, where
he served as a consulting engineer designing high-definition television
equipment. From February 1987 to August 1991, Mr. Schick was employed as
a senior engineer at Cox and Company, an engineering firm in New York
City. From January 1985 to January 1987, Mr. Schick was employed as an
electrical engineer at Grumman Aerospace Co. Mr. Schick holds a B.S.
degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania's
Moore School of Engineering. He lives in Queens, New York with his wife
and four children. In 1997, Mr. Schick was awarded the Cain's New York
Small Business Award. In 1996, Mr. Schick was awarded the New York City
