Dennis P. Wolf has served as CFO of Fusion-io, Inc., since 2009, and was previously CFO of MySQL. Prior to MySQL, Mr. Wolf was CFO at Omnicell, Redback Networks, Credence Systems and Centigram. Mr. Wolf currently serves as a Director and Head of the audit committee of Codexis and Exponential, and has been a Director and Chair of the audit committee for other publicly and privately held companies including Quantum, BigBand Networks, Registry Magic, Avanex, Komag and Vitria. DAVID A. RANHOFF serves as Co-President of Credence Systems Corporation
and has responsibility for Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Service as
well as the core technology of the company. Prior to his appointment to
Co-President, Mr. Ranhoff held a series of management positions within
Credence including Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing, Senior
Vice President Sales & Service and Vice President and Managing Director
of European Operations. Mr. Ranhoff previously served in a variety of
positions at GenRad and Axiom Technology and now serves on the boards of
Elmos Semiconductor AG, Fluence Technology and ICC a joint venture
