DARIO SACOMANI is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
ON Semiconductor. As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of ON Semiconductor, Mr. Sacomani is responsible for the financial
operations of the company. Prior to his appointment with ON
Semiconductor, he served as Vice President and Director of Finance for
Motorola's Semiconductor Components Group in Phoenix, Arizona, where he
served in a similar capacity. Mr. Sacomani also served as Vice President
and Financial Controller for the European Semiconductor Group of
Motorola, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland after spending two years
as Division Financial Controller for Motorola's Toulouse, France
operation. He began his career at Motorola in December 1980 after two
years with the accounting firm Ernst & Whinney. Since that time, he has
held numerous accounting and finance positions in the organization,
beginning as a Project Analyst and advancing to Corporate Auditor,
Financial Analyst and several Operational Controller positions before
moving overseas. He has a Bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount
