DANIEL COHEN has served as Inamed Corporation's Vice President for
Global Corporate and Government Affairs since December, 2003. He is
responsible for the strategic and tactical development of Inamed's
government and public affairs programs. Mr. Cohen is part of Inamed's
executive management team and as such has responsibilities with its
investor relation team. Mr. Cohen was a Principal with Loeffler Jonas &
Tuggey LLP, a full-service government affairs law firm for nine years,
where he represented several major US and international clients,
including Inamed Corporation. Mr. Cohen served as senior legislative
liaison for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) from
1986 to 1993, where he lobbied the United States Congress in support of
positive relations with Israel, and as Director of External Affairs of
the International Council of Cruise Lines. Mr. Cohen previously served
as the managing director of Empower America, the organization founded by
Vin Weber, Jack Kemp, William Bennett and Jeane Kirkpatrick, and as an
Alternate Delegate of the United States to the United Nations. Prior to
his private sector work, Mr. Cohen served in several senior staff
positions for members of the United States House of Representatives,
including former Congressmen Joseph McDade (R-PA) and Edward Weber (R-
OH). He has worked at all levels of political campaign management,
including the 1980 presidential bid of former Senator Robert Dole (R-KS)
and the successful Senate bid of Finance Committee Chairman Senator
