DAN SCHIMMEL is President and CEO of OneSource Information Services,
Inc. Mr. Schimmel is responsible for strategic direction, overall
management and business development at OneSource. In the past 18 months,
under Mr. Schimmel's direction, OneSource has gone from using CD-ROM to
deliver products to being the leading provider of Web-based business
information to professionals. Previously, Mr. Schimmel was General
Manager of the OneSource Division of Lotus Development Corporation,
which became OneSource Information Services, Inc. in 1993. While at
Lotus, Mr. Schimmel was also responsible for marketing several award-
winning, shrink-wrapped software products. Mr. Schimmel holds an MBA
