Officer of Central Pacific Corporation from 1988-1990; President and
Chief Executive Officer of American National Bank from 1983-1990;
Executive Vice President of the Banking Division of Lloyds Bank
California; he was President and Chief Administrative Officer of
Ahmanson Bank and Trust Company from June 1973-August 1974; Senior Vice
President, Senior Credit Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors
at Kansas State Bank and Trust Company from July 1972-June 1973;
commenced employment June 15, 1964 as a Management Trainee at First
Western Bank and Trust Company where he held several positions. Mr.
Wiley completed the Graduate School of Sales Management and Marketing at
Syracuse University and the Graduate School of Credit and Financial
Management at Harvard University; received a Master of Business
Administration in Finance and Management from California State
University at Long Beach, Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the
University of California at Davis, and Associate of Arts degree from
