D.DUCHOW / T.O’BRIEN / C.OPPERMANN – WISCONSIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC

TIMOTHY R. O'BRIEN, CFA, is the Principal and Portfolio Manager at Wisconsin Capital Management, LLC. He is on the Executive Committee Board and work in the investment analyst area. Prior to joining Wisconsin Capital, Mr. O'Brien worked for Upper Iowa University as an Adjunct Professor; American Airlines as a 727 flight engineer; and served as a Colonel in the United States Air Force and Wisconsin National Guard, as an F-16 and A-10 Fighter Pilot. Mr. O'Brien received his BA in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame, MA in Business Administration from Webster College, and is an honors graduate of the MBA Program in Finance and Accounting at the University of Chicago. Clint A. Oppermann, CFA, is Vice President and Director of Research at Wisconsin Capital Management. Prior to joining Capital Management, he served as Portfolio Manager at Firstar Investment, Research and Management Company, LLC. Mr. Oppermann earned his BS in Mathematics and Economics at the University of Wisconsin in 1993. DAVID B. DUCHOW, CFA, is the Principal and Portfolio Manager at Wisconsin Capital Management, LLC. He serves on the Executive Committee Board and was previously an Investment Analyst and Marketing Manager for Wisconsin Capital Management, Inc. Prior to joining this firm, he worked for Prudential Insurance as a registered representative. Mr. Duchow was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from Brookfield East High School in Brookfield. TWST: Would you begin with an overview of your firm and your respective

responsibilities there?

Mr. Duchow: Wisconsin Capital Management, LLC, was founded in 1984 and

was formerly known as
