CYNTHIA L. SULLIVAN has been employed by Immunomedics, Inc.,
since October 1985, and has served as President since December
2000 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2001. Prior to that,
she held positions of increasing responsibilities in the company,
including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
from June 1999 through December 2000 and Executive Director,
Operations from April 1994 to June 1999. Prior to joining the
company, Ms. Sullivan was employed by Ortho Diagnostic Systems,
Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Sullivan's
educational background includes: a BS from Merrimack College,
North Andover, Massachusetts, followed by a year of clinical
internship with the school of Medical Technology at Muhlenberg
Hospital, Plainfield, New Jersey, resulting in an MT (ASCP)
certification in 1979. Ms. Sullivan completed an MS degree in
1986 from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she also received
