Curtis Wozniak – Electroglas Inc (elgs)

CURTIS S. WOZNIAK was appointed Chairman of the Board of Electroglas in August 1997. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 1996 and has been a Director of the company since October 1994. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Xilinx, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturer, from August 1994 to April 1996. From February 1984 to August 1994, Mr. Wozniak was employed by Sun Microsystems, Inc., a computer manufacturer, where he held various management positions, including Vice President, Marketing and Vice President, Engineering. Mr. Wozniak currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Kettering University; the Board of Directors of SEMI North America Advisory Board, (formerly SISA); and the Board of Directors of Cascade Microtech, Inc. and Manufacturer's Services Limited (NYSE: MSV).
