Robert G. Phillips has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP), since Oct. 1, 2010. Previously Mr. Phillips served as President, CEO and Director of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (EPD) from February 2005 to June 2007, and he served as COO and Director of EPD from September 2004 to February 2005. Prior to that he served as Chairman of the board and CEO of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P., from 1999 to 2004, prior to GulfTerra's merger with EPD, and he held senior executive management positions with El Paso Corporation (EP), including President of El Paso Field Services Company from 1996 to 2004. Prior to that he was Chairman, President and CEO of Eastex Energy, Inc., from 1981 to 1995. Mr. Phillips currently serves on the board of Pride International, Inc. (PDE), one of the world's largest offshore drilling contractors, and he is a member of the audit committee. TWST: Would you please start with a brief history of Crestwood Midstream Partners and an overview of your current operations?
Mr. Phillips: Crestwood Midstream Partners' (CMLP) predecessor was formed
