Matthew F. Dent, CFA, is President of D.F. Dent and Company and serves as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst on the firm’s All Cap, Midcap and Small-Cap portfolios. Mr. Dent joined the firm in 2001. Prior to joining D.F. Dent and Company, Mr. Dent served as a Research Associate at Stafford Capital and Robertson Stephens, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at DB Alex. Brown. Mr. Dent graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in economics and organizational behavior and management. Mr. Dent is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
