CRAIG STAMM serves as Chief Financial Officer of Headhunter.net, Inc.,
where he is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy,
planning and analysis. He also oversees cash flow operations, investor
relations and the financial management of company resources and business
development. Prior to being named CFO, Mr. Stamm was instrumental in the
formation and development of Headhunter.net's Corporate Development and
Business Development organizations. Most recently in his role as Vice
President of Corporate Development he was responsible for establishing
and operating the company's international business. Before joining
Headhunter.net, Mr. Stamm was a Director in the Leveraged Finance Group
at SG Cowen. There, he successfully developed and carried out marketing
initiatives to generate new business among emerging growth companies in
the Southeast. In addition to his work at SG Cowen, Mr. Stamm's
remarkable background includes a post as Vice President of Creditanstalt
Corporate Finance Corporation, where he provided debt and direct equity
investments to middle-market companies in the information technology,
healthcare, and light manufacturing sectors. He also was a Senior
Associate with Citicorp Leveraged Capital in New York City, with
responsibility for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and
restructurings. Mr. Stamm is also a member of the AtlantaTechnology
Angels (ATA), an investment group affiliated with the Atlanta Technology
Development Center that focuses on early-stage technology ventures. Mr.
Stamm graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor's
in Economics and earned a Master's in Business Administration from
