SHMUEL ZYSMAN, a founding partner of Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer & Co., one
of Israel's largest law firms, is resident in Sullivan and Worchester's
Tel-Aviv office. He practices corporate and securities law, with over 12
years of experience counseling various high tech ventures through all
stages of the business life cycle. Mr. Zysman also counsels venture
capital funds and leads numerous cross border M&A deals. He is well
known in Israel in the area of high tech and venture capital and often
lectures on the subject. Mr. Zysman earned his Law degree while playing
professional basketball for Maccabi Tel-Aviv and Israel's National Team.
A true ambassador of his country, he is the Chairman of the Board of the
Friends of Maccabi World Union, and active in the Israeli Institute of
Commercial Arbitration where he acts as an arbitrator in various
commercial matters and trains other potential arbitrators. Following in
his father's political footsteps (the late Shalom Zysman was a member of
the Israeli Parliament), he acted as legal advisor of two government
committees: The Peled Committee (Va'adat Peled) for the Ministry of
Communication and the Ronen Committee (Va'adat Ronen) for the Ministry
of Infrastructure. Mr. Zysman is also well-known locally for his
pioneering efforts before the Israeli parliament in the area of sports
law, and for founding and managing the National Basketball Players

AIDAN F. BROWNE serves as Director of Business Development in Sullivan
and Worchester's Boston office. Mr. Browne has over 20 years of
experience as a corporate and commercial real estate attorney in Europe
and a foreign legal consultant in the United States. He concentrates in
foreign direct investment matters, providing business, agency and
project development services in both the United States and Europe. Prior
to rejoining the firm, Mr. Browne was most recently a Senior Legal
Advisor in Mintz Levin's International Advisory Group. In his role
there, in addition to various other representations, he represented the
Media Lab at MIT in the establishment of Media Lab Europe in Dublin,
Ireland. He has assisted more than 50 Irish companies, including banks,
investors, venture capital, service and technology companies, now
located in the United States, in several areas. These services provided
include raising capital, business development, market development and
assistance with corporate partnerships or joint venture opportunities.
Mr. Browne has also assisted several US and Canadian companies on public
procurement projects in Ireland. Mr. Browne also continues on as the
United States representative Partner of A&L Goodbody, Ireland's largest
law firm with offices in Brussels, London and Dublin. Mr. Browne heads
Goodbody's U.S. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) work with US
corporations as those companies enter Ireland. Mr. Browne received his
undergraduate degree in Business from University College Dublin, and two
Law degrees, one from the Law Society of Ireland and the other a JD from
Suffolk University in Boston. He is a Founding Board Member of The North
American Board of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business at
University College Dublin, is Chairman of the Sugan Theatre of Boston
and also serves as a member of the Parent's Council at Boston College.
Mr. Browne serves as President of The Friends of the Irish Progressive
Democratic Party, Fine Gael and The Irish Labour Party. Mr. Browne is a
member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland, the International Bar
Association, Boston Bar Association and is licensed as a foreign legal
