ROMMEL T. DIONISIO is a Senior Vice President in Friedman, Billings
Ramsey & Co., Inc's Equity Research Group, covering the consumer
products industry. He originally joined the firm in July 1998. For the
previous three years, Mr. Dionisio was an Equity Analyst at Merrill
Lynch covering consumer products, specializing primarily in emerging
growth household products, personal care and recreational/leisure
stocks. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he was an Assistant Vice President
at Bankers Trust, prior to which he was an Associate in Structured
Corporate Finance at the Bank of New York. Mr. Dionisio received his MBA
from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he was named the
P. Huber Hanes Scholar for the Class of 1993. He also received a BA
