CLINTON H. SEVERSON has served as Abaxis Inc.'s President, Chief Executive
Officer and one of its directors since June1996. He was appointed Chairman of
the Board in May 1998. Since November 2006, Mr.Severson has served on the Board
of Directors of CytoCore, Inc. (OTCBB: CYCR), and from February 1989 to May
1996, Mr.Severson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MAST
Immunosystems, Inc., a privately-held medical diagnostic comp Profile
revenues and number of employees?
Mr. Severson: We have about 330 employees and our market cap is about $380
