Cheri Beranek is a Founding Member, President and CEO of Clearfield, Inc. She is considered a visionary in the telecommunications networking industry, and she has extensive leadership experience in the field of emerging high-tech growth companies. In July 2003, Ms. Beranek joined APA Enterprises as President of its subsidiary APA Cables & Networks. In June 2007, Ms. Beranek was appointed President and CEO. She previously served as President of Americable, for which she had previously been Chief Operating Officer.
