CHRISTOPHER J. REINHARD is a co-founder of Collateral Therapeutics,
Inc., and has served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer since
April 1995, as Chief Operating Officer since July 1997 and as President
since September 1999. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Reinhard was President of
the Colony Group Inc., a business and corporate development company, and
Reinhard Associates, an investor relations consulting company. From
1986 to 1990, he served as Vice President and Managing Director of the
Henley Group, a diversified industrial and manufacturing group, and as
Vice President of various public and private companies created by the
Henley Group, including Fisher Scientific Group, a leading international
distributor of laboratory equipment and test apparatus for the
scientific community, Instrumentation Laboratory, IMED Corporation,
Wheelabrator Technologies Inc., and Henley Properties Inc. (now
California Coastal Communities Inc.). Mr. Reinhard received a BS in
