CHRIS LEWIS, Chief Financial Officer of Jabil Circuit, Inc., joined the
company as Treasurer in June 1995, where he supervised plant controllers
in four plant locations, as well as corporate financial staff. He was
promoted to Chief Financial Officer in August 1996. From July 1989 to
May 1995, Mr. Lewis was the US Controller of Peek Plc, a high technology
manufacturing group. Prior to July 1989, he was a Certified Public
Accountant with the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Lewis
holds a BA in Business Administration from Wittenberg University in
