Edmund Hen is Chief Financial Officer of China Ceramics (Hengda), and is the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of China Holdings Acquisition Corp. He joined China Ceramics Co., Ltd. in 2008. Prior to joining Hengda, Mr. Hen served as a Chief Financial Officer of a Sichuan switchgear manufacturer. From 2002 to 2005, he served as an Accountant at Dickson Concepts Ltd., and prior to that he served at a variety of international accountancy firms, such as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He holds a B.A. from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom, and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
