CHARLES F. HENDERSON is Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment
Officer' Equities for Voyageur Asset Management. He joined the firm in
1999 and prior to that served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Investment Officer for the Chicago Trust Company, where he oversaw all
investment activities. Mr. Henderson began his career in the investment
management business in 1965, and assembled the Chicago growth equity
team in 1994. Prior to his association with Voyageur Asset Management
and Chicago Trust, he was with Northern Trust Company and Wright
Investors Services. He earned a BA degree from Dartmouth College. Mr.
Henderson is a member of the Newcomen Society, the Investment Analysts
Society and the Association for Investment Management and Research. Profile
