J. BARY MORGAN is a First Vice President and Portfolio Manager with
Baird Investment Management. Having joined the firm in 1992, he
currently manages approximately $175 million of assets of high-net worth
and institutional clients. Previously, Mr. Morgan was employed as a
Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance summa cum laude from
Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley

CHARLES F. SEVERSON is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager
with Baird Investment Management, where he also serves as the Director
of Equity Research. He joined the firm in 1987 as an Institutional
Salesman, during which time he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst
