CARMINE N. STELLA has served as President, Chief Executive
Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors and an employee of
Capital Beverage Corporation since its inception in December
1995. From 1991 to 1995 Mr. Stella has been the sole Officer,
Director and Shareholder of Vito Santoro, Inc., a wholesale and
retail seller of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. This firm
was merged into Capital Beverage in December 1995. From 1986-1991
Mr. Stella served as President and Director of Gotham Wholesale
Beer Distributor, a beverage wholesaler with annual sales in
excess of $20 million in the New York Metropolitan area. He also
held other positions in the beverage industry throughout the
1980's, President and CEO of Miller Home Services, Inc.;
President and CEO of College Point Beverages and President and
CEO of Superstar Beverage Centers (3 locations). Mr. Stella
served as President and Director of the Empire State Beer
Distributors Association from 1984 to 1988. (This is the
legislative association of beer wholesalers throughout the State
of New York.) He served as a Director of Thrifty Beverage Centers
which was comprised of over 50 retailers who advertised beverage
to consumers in the five boroughs of New York City and Long
Island. Mr. Stella received a BBA in Accounting from Bernard M.
Baruch College in New York City in 1973. Profile
