CARL L. GORDON, PhD, CFA, is a founding General Partner of OrbiMed
Advisors LLC. He received a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology in Molecular Biology in 1993 and a BA in Chemistry and
Physics from Harvard College in 1987. Mr. Gordon was a Fellow at the
Rockefeller University from 1993 to 1995. He worked in bioinformatics at
ImClone Systems from 1987 to 1988. Mr. Gordon worked at Mehta and Isaly
as a Senior Analyst covering biotechnology companies from 1993 to 1998.
He is a board member of Molecular Staging and Acadia Pharmaceuticals. Profile
