C.R. 'RUSTY' CLOUTIER has served as President and Chief Executive
Officer of MidSouth Bancorp Inc. and MidSouth Bank in Lafayette,
Louisiana since 1985, when the bank opened for business with assets
totaling $13,000,000 and one location. Presently, the bank's assets have
grown in excess of $450,000,000 and boasts of twenty locations. Previous
to his employment at MidSouth, Mr. Cloutier gained vast banking
experience during his eighteen years at the former First National Bank
in St. Mary Parish in Morgan City, Louisiana where he held the post of
Executive Vice President at the time of his departure from the company.
Mr. Cloutier is former President of the Community Bankers of Louisiana
and past Chairman of the Independent Community Bankers of America
(ICBA). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from
