C. ANDREW JOHNS, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial
Officer, has been managing , structuring and advising on investment
banking and other corporate financial transactions for over 15 years. An
entrepreneur with traditional Wall Street corporate finance and research
experience, Johns came to 24/7 media from an investment banking firm he
co-founded Manufacturers Renaissance Network, Inc. (MRN). As managing
director of MRN, Johns advised David J. Moore, CEO, on several corporate
transactions including the merger which resulted in 24/7 Media, Inc. and
the Company's acquisition of Intelligent Interactions Corporation. Prior
to founding MRN, Johns was the founder of Strathmore Hill Associate,
Inc., a strategic and financial consulting firm. His client engagements
included providing strategic and financial advisory services to owners
and managers as well as structuring leveraged buy-outs, mergers, private
placements and bank financing. Johns provided similar services as vice
president and co-founder of Brenner and Johns Ltd. in the late 1980s.
Prior to starting his own businesses, Johns began his career at
prestigious firms Kidder Peabody & Co. and Dean Witter Reynolds. He
holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analysts. Profile
