BUD W. GLISSON is the CEO of Acres Gaming, Inc. He has extensive
experience in information technology, business strategy and corporate
development. He has been a member of Acres' Board of Directors since
June 1997. Mr. Glisson joined the company as President and CEO in
mid-1998. He succeeded the Founder, John Acres, as Chairman of the Board
in April 2000. Mr. Glisson is formerly Senior Vice President of ConAgra
Grocery Products Company, a subsidiary of ConAgra, Inc.; VP Controller
of Dial Consumer Products, a unit of the Dial Corporation; CPA, Staff
Consultant and Staff Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has an MBA
from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS degree in Accounting from the
